Added incentives offered to Steel Price Outlook buyers
A 10% discount and access to a free interactive webinar are being offered with all pre-orders of the MEPS Steel Price Outlook 2025 report.
All orders placed before the report’s November 7 publication will attract the price discount. Those who purchase their copy early will also be invited to a Steel Price Outlook webinar, taking place at 3pm (GMT) on November 12. The live online event will include a discussion about the report and allow attendees to pose questions to some of the team that produced it.
“MEPS’s team of steel market experts is looking forward to the chance to interact with Steel Price Outlook buyers,” said MEPS managing editor Tom Sharpe.
“Alongside the anticipation of gaining access to MEPS’s five-year steel price forecasts, it’s a great incentive for those that order the publication early.”
Joining Sharpe for the Steel Price Outlook webinar will be MEPS head of price analysis and forecasts, Kaye Ayub, US steel market analyst Laura Hodges and steel market analyst Jon Carruthers-Green.
MEPS International’s annual Steel Price Outlook provides five-year steel price forecasts for flat and long products in the key steel-consuming markets of Asia, Europe and the United States.
The report provides insight on emerging global trends, fluctuating raw material costs, new international trade defence measures and emissions-related tariffs alongside forecasts which show how these factors will influence steel prices between now and 2030.
It also reflects on a 2025 trading period which has been defined by uncertainty. Trade flows have been redefined by US President Donald Trump’s tariffs on steel and other products. Meanwhile, global steelmaking overcapacity continues to overwhelm developed nations where demand is currently weak. In Europe and Asia, trade defences are on the increase as part of efforts to protect domestic steelmakers and support steel prices.
Ayub said: “It has been a hugely challenging year for businesses across the steel industry and uncertainty has become a defining feature. However, the Steel Price Outlook report brings together MEPS’s trusted steel price research and forecasting methodology and insightful commentary to ensure that readers are as informed as they can be when making strategic business decisions.
“In times of such uncertainty, ensuring that you have access to the most accurate, independently researched steel market insight has never been more important.”
